Tasting Note

Bright golden colour with greenish light shades. With aromas of green apple and peach. Characteristic structure with extremely tasty mouth and special acidity that makes it fresh and refreshing with long metallic aftertaste.

• • Skin contact maceration for 8 hours at 8 °C
  • Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with cooling jacket at 15-17°C
  • During fermentation, lees stirring (bâtonnage) takes place to keep the lees in contact with the wine and extract flavour, aroma, and texture.
