Lovely aromas of raisins and plums. Rich, dried fruit flavors with good acidity that balances this sweet wine. Long finish with a rich fruit that lingers.
The vinification is conducted until approximately half the sugars have been converted into alcohol. The fermentation is terminated with the addition of wine distillate to the fermented must, bringing the wine to 15% alcohol. It is then aged for at least one year in oak.
Best served slightly chilled (8o C).
