Tasting Note
A wine of bright lemon color with green hues. Elegant nose with citrus and white-fleshed fruits. The palate is rich and creamy with a balancing acidity that offers a crisp quality. Long finish.
The grapes are hand harvested in the morning in mid- August and gently de-stemmed into stainless steel tanks (purity of fruit expression). Classic white vinification. No oak.
